Why certify as a coach

There are a number of great reasons to certifying as a WIAL Action Learning Coach. In summary will:
 Be able to offer clients group coaching solutions instead of only individual coaching.

 Be able to offer clients business problem solving solutions with a strong ROI

 Be qualified to coach Action Learning teams with internal and external client organizations

 Be capable of managing Action Learning programs

 Be authorized to use the WIAL brand in all marketing materials

 Become a member of a large and growing community of Certified Action Learning Coaches (CALC)
