Ron is Chairman & Chief Executive of WIAL India which he established in March 2012. His responsibility is to establish and grow the World Institute for Action Learning throughout India.

Michael Marquardt is a Professor of Human Resource Development and International Affairs at George Washington University.

Penny plays a major support role in WIAL India. She is a Certified Action Learning Coach and manages all operational issues of the business, including psychometric assessment.
